Make that Three in a Row

The pats seem to be on a role, they won their third straight game tonight as they beat the Red Deer Rebels by a score of 7-3. That brings the pats back to even with a 4-4-0 record. Brett Leffler is now leading the league in points with 4 goals, and 8 assists for a total of 12 points in 8 games. Scoring for the pats tonight were: Delahey (2), Leffler, Mulder, Poletin, Weal and Hood. The pats have combined for a total of 22 goals in their last three games. The pats didn't give up even in the dying seconds of the game and scored with less then 14 seconds left in the game. Things are looking really good for the pats; their new confidence and teamwork is amazing, and the line of Leffler-Weal-Eberle has been having amazing chemistry and incredible finishing ability. Every line seemed to get involved tonight, the defence played well and once again "Guhle the Goalie" came through. The pats next action is Wednesday when they take on the Moose Jaw Warriors for the second time in the regular season.
