Pats vs Warriors
The Pats were in hostile territory last night as they were looking for their fourth straight win. Unfortunately, the Pats came up short against the Moose Jaw Warriors with a final score of 6-9. You would think that if a hockey team can score 6 goals they would get the W, but not if they let in 9. Offense wasn't the problem last night, scoring for the Pats were: Jordan Eberle(3), Teubert, Strueby, and Hutt. While Stanton, Smith, Howden, Edwards, Bast(2), Hood(2) and Hamonic all registered goals for the Warriors. It was a tough night for the Pats, especially "Guhle the Goalie" who was without a relief because of Ketlo's lingering groin injury. Which has everyone wondering, "Why would you dress a goalie as a backup if he can't even play if need be? Why wasn't Tendler brought up from Sj to fill in as the backup for the night? If Guhle got hurt in the game, what did the Pats plan on doing exactly?" Anyway, it was a hard night for the Pats, but they showed effort until the very end. They will need a full 60 minute effort by every member of the team as they take on the number one team in the country Friday night at the Brandt Centre.
