Pats Update

Well, the Pats have been caught up in a tail spin as of late. Last night they dropped their 5th straight game, ew. Considering these have been the easiest teams that they will see over their roadtrip the near future is looking a tad bleak for the Pats. With Jordan Eberle and Colten Teubert gone with the World Juniors, and yet another defensmen going down with injury in Cody Carlson, the Pats have been trying to work with callups, in addition to the resently aquired trades of Ashton and Orfino. The Pats have yet to establish chemistry with the new players, but will hopefully find it sooner than later. The Pats play Calgary on Friday which would normally spell disaster for the Pats, but hey, the Hitmen are without their leading scorer aswell, so it will come down to who wants to step up. With one win the Pats could shoot back up the rankings and be in a tie for fourth in the division. Any points that the Pats get are crucial do to the extremely tight competition of the East Division.
